He gained senior management experience in a number of his posts and has taken part in a wide range of high profile educational initiatives.

Ten years of leading developments in ICT has given Andrew great experience in planning and bringing about major hardware procurements, policy development, the planning and implementation of staff training programmes, subject monitoring and the embedding of ICT throughout the curriculum. He has wide experience in leading training sessions, staff meetings and professional development days where, by working collaboratively with colleagues, he has helped raise overall standards in the teaching and learning and use of ICT across the curriculum. Andrew believes in a supportive, sensitive and individual approach to staff training and development.

Andrew has led workshops and spoken at many high profile events in the United Kingdom and abroad. These include presentations to the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority, National College for School Leadership and the European Teacher Research Network.
